Siliconizer™ 1000 is a solvent-free, single component, high solids, 100% silicone roof coating. It prevents and stops leaks, providing a permanent waterproofing coating that extends the life of concrete roofs and other substrates. Provides a monolithic, powerful ponding water resistant elastic membrane that strongly adheres to the substrate. Does not crack, or peel, and withstands total movement of concrete joints and hairline cracks. Its bright white finish lowers inside temperature of the structure, by reflecting sun rays and eliminating heat received, thus lowering electric energy consumption.
Lanco Siliconizer™ 1000 is a 100% silicone coating with very high solids content, approximately 98% by weight and volume, providing excellent durability and long lasting protection.
